HARTECuk attended the inaugural Claims Management Seminar at the Hilton Hotel, Manchester on May 5th 2011. Delegates, Richard Cross and Adrian Hart enjoyed the seminar and particularly the panel discussion with the delegates during the afternoon session. HARTECuk also provided a Stand and enjoyed considerable interest from the delegates, who provided good, healthy support for this inaugural event.

The Claims Innovation Awards started at 7pm with a champagne reception and our ten guests were wined and dined before the HARTECuk presentation of the award for Sustainability Initiative of the Year.
Adrian Hart of HARTECuk presented the award to Donald Fowler of Premex.

The enjoyable evening rolled on with Boogie Express providing the music and the ever busy bar providing the drinks and with some 270 guests, much great time was had by all.
